    • Responsible for accurately documenting and managing support tickets. This includes updating ticket status, tracking the progress of reported issues, and ensuring timely resolution or escalation of tickets within predefined service level agreements.
    • Provide technical support to all departments for computer, network, data, telecommunications, and print functions.
    • Design, implement, and manage Image management infrastructure to support image deployment and device provisioning.
    • Develop and customize operating system images and application packaging for deployment using tools such as Windows Imaging and Configuration Designer (ICD), Orca, and Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit (ADK).
    • Deliver Tier 2 support for escalated tickets, as well as handle incoming calls and address service tickets during periods of high demand or peak hours.
    • Contribute to building and maintaining the organization's knowledge base and support documentation.
    • Provide comprehensive training for new hires as well as cultivate continuous improvement with existing technicians.
    • Assist in the deployment and configuration of new PC hardware, software applications, and network devices at remote sites.
    • Identify and develop improvements to existing processes and procedures.
    • Support Office o365 applications and tools as well as assist in the implementation of new cloud solutions for end users.
    • Proficient in Active Directory and designing and implementing Group Policy objects.
    • Develop and maintain desktop patch management processes. Requirements:
      • 3+ years of experience in a senior Desktop Supportor similar support role required.
      • Strong image management experience using Intune or related technology.
      • PowerShell experience to support application and image management solutions.
        • Strong proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues remotely.
        • Strong knowledge of computer software, operating systems, hardware and networking.
        • Able to work in a team environment as well as independently.
        • Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
        • Excellent customer service skills
        • Strong written and verbal communications skills
        • Familiarity with network infrastructure components, including routers, switches, and wireless access points. Work Environment:
          • Available and accessible during normal business or assigned work hours.
          • Hybrid remote work options can be considered on a per-candidate basis.
          • After hours (on call) as needed.
          • 24/7 on-call rotation schedule for system outages or escalated support tickets.
          • Some travel to locations in the Fenix Parts footprint.
