Responsibilities As our Restaurant Front of House Manager , you

and effectively. Collaborate with the kitchen team, driving synergy

Assist in scheduling, inventory management, and cost control to
maximize profitability. Foster a positive work culture, promoting
teamwork and open communication within the restaurant. Partner with
the Restaurant Manager on marketing initiatives aimed at customer
engagement and retention. Oversee all events scheduled through the
restaurant. Oversee coordinating events Qualifications The ideal
Restaurant Front of Manager candidate will have: Proven track
record in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the
hospitality industry. Experienced with leading Social Media for a
highly recognized restaurant. Strong leadership and interpersonal
skills, with an emphasis on team motivation and customer
engagement. A solution-oriented attitude in fast-paced environments
and under pressure. A passion for delivering memorable guest
experiences and attention to detail. Proficiency in restaurant
operations, including scheduling and inventory control. Flexibility
to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Familiarity with
Upscale Dining and service standards. Experience using restaurant
