support our organizational success. About the Role As aLoan
Officer, this position will be responsible for originating and
structuring short-term real estate loans while managing
relationships with investors, clients, and brokers. The position
requires strong financial acumen, proven sales experience in hard
money lending or asset-based lending, and the ability to build and
maintain a high-quality loan pipeline. The ideal candidate will
demonstrate professionalism, sound judgement, and the ability to
operate effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven
environment. Key Responsibilities: Deal Origination & Management
Analyze, structure, and facilitate the origination of diverse real
estate loanproducts; guide borrowers from intake to close while
ensuring timely and accurate execution Drive Sales Performance
Proactively generate and convert leads, both inbound and
prospected, into funded deals; maintain personal production goals
in monthly loan volume through consistent relationship building and
effective deal structuring Client Engagement Serve as a trusted
advisor by educating real estate investors on financing solutions,
underwriting requirements, and loan program options; deliver
tailored financial guidance to support repeat business and
long-term growth CRM & Pipeline Management Maintain accurate and
up-to-date records of all borrower interactions, quoteddeals, and
loan progress in the company CRM to support sales forecasting,
performance tracking, and marketing strategies Strategic Business
Development Expand market presence by developing sponsor, broker,
and referral relationships, attending industry events, and
identifying opportunities for new business within targeted
territories Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with internal
teams to ensure smooth processing, underwriting, and closing of
loans, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout
each deal Product Knowledge & Representation Develop in-depth
understanding of proprietary loan products and industry trends to
represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and
confidence in all borrower engagements Required Skills and
Qualifications: Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent professional
experience in real estate finance will be considered Minimum of
five (2) years of sales experience Comprehensive knowledge of loan
origination, real estate finance, collateral valuation, private
lending products, investor requirements, and applicable regulatory
considerations Demonstrated expertise in structuring short-term
real estate loans and assessing asset-based risk Proficiency in CRM
platforms (HubSpot or comparable systems) Advanced sales and
marketing capabilities with a proven ability to develop and
maintain a strong, sustainable pipeline Professional Attributes:
