www.coreweave.com . What You’ll Do: The operations accounting
organization at CoreWeave performs operational accounting, control,
reporting, and compliance for the critical AI infrastructure of our
rapidly scaling AI cloud business. The team manages a variety of
core accounting and reporting processes and controls globally and
partners with Treasury, Supply Chain, Procurement, FP&A,
Leasing, Legal, and Tax to track, control, and provide visibility
to the company’s compute and supporting assets. The group partners
to develop and operationalize accounting and reporting processes to
enable visibility, control, and confident decisions. The group
collaborates with stakeholders to quickly find solutions to
challenging problems to enable hyper growth. About the role: Lead
preparation of the consolidated cash flow preparation for investing
activities. Lead preparation of the consolidated fixed asset
footnote disclosures and management discussion & analysis for
public filings. Collaborate with finance and business teams to
drive reporting that supports operational decisions and review.
Enhance internal and external reporting processes for scalability.
Collaborate with accounting team peers to enhance supporting
processes and information flows. Collaborate with Treasury and
Procurement to understand new financing transactions and
appropriately incorporate them into reporting processes. Who You
Are: 8 years’ accounting and financial reporting experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or
equivalent) required Professional qualification (e.g.,
ACA/CPA/CMA/CA) required Public accounting experience preferred.
NetSuite experience preferred. Process- and data-driven with strong
analytical judgment; proactive, organized, and adaptable in a
dynamic environment. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal
communication; growth mindset and commitment to continuous

base salary range for this role is $135,000 to $198,000. The
starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge,
skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both
market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a
discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits
