loyalty, resolving complex inquiries, and enhancing the overall
customer experience in a residential setting. Role Requirements for
an Entry-Level Customer Engagement Manager Manage a growing
portfolio of AT&T customer accounts, driving satisfaction and
proactive retention strategies. Engage with customers directly,
through lead-based residential campaigns, to resolve service
issues, and deliver customized telecom solutions. Serve as the
primary advisor and ongoing support contact, building strong and
lasting client relationships. Educate customers on AT&T’s full
suite of offerings, identifying opportunities for service
enhancements. Mentor junior associates in the field, setting the
standard in best practices and customer engagement. Conduct quality
assurance and analyze engagement data to refine strategy and uphold
compliance. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent
service excellence and exceed performance benchmarks. Participate
in an intensive training program focused on AT&T services,
advanced customer relations, and foundational leadership
skills.
