Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: Denton, TX Qualifications: - Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology - Active or eligible Texas SLP license - School-based or pediatric experience preferred - Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Pay: - $40 per hour, based on experience Position Overview: Denton ISD is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based speech and language services. This role offers a hybrid schedule with mostly onsite work and one day remote work per week. Position Details: - Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week - Daily Hours: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM - Dates: ASAP 5/22/2025 - Work Type: Onsite 4 days/week, 1 WFH day per week - Student Population: Elementary school students - Caseload: Based on assignment Key Responsibilities: - Provide speech and language therapy services aligned with IEP goals - Conduct evaluations and progress monitoring as needed - Attend and participate in IEP meetings - Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams - Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state guidelines Benefits: - Supportive school-based team environment - Opportunity for professional development - Hybrid work schedule with 1 WFH day
