RECARO Aircraft Seating, a leader in the design and manufacturing of high-quality aircraft seats, seeks a skilled Project Engineer II to join our dynamic Project Management team. This role focuses on advancing engineering projects that enhance our seating solutions, ensuring alignment with our commitment to comfort, lightweight design, and superior craftsmanship. The successful candidate will oversee critical stages of project development from concept through to completion, interfacing directly with design, production, and testing teams while adhering to strict industry safety and performance standards. Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring project milestones are achieved within predefined timelines and budgets Coordinate the integration of new technologies and designs into aircraft seating systems, focusing on enhancing passenger comfort and product functionality Manage project scope and changes, maintaining close communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives Prepare project documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and compliance statements Conduct regular project reviews and provide technical guidance to improve project outcomes Ensure all project deliverables comply with industry regulations and standards specific to the aerospace and defense sector Strong proficiency in project management software tools Excellent technical skills with an ability to address complex problems in an aerospace environment Demonstrated capability in leading interdisciplinary teams Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Solid understanding of aerospace engineering practices, including compliance with industry safety standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile project management certifications considered a plus
