Verification Testing Lead Engineer for our beautiful Grand Prairie,
TX site! You will be the Design Verification Testing (DVT) Lead
Engineer for the RF Sensor Product Center (RFSPC) in testing across
various missile flight environments, ensuring the development of
reliable and robust products. This candidate will be responsible
for planning, executing, and analyzing DVT activities, as well as
developing a comprehensive plan for production latent manufacturing
defect testing. The successful candidate will work closely with
cross-functional teams, including design IPTs, to ensure test
requirements are met and products are thoroughly validated. What
You Will Be Doing As the DVT Engineer, you will be responsible for
the following: - Develop and execute DVT plans to verify RF Sensor
product performance in various environmental conditions, such as
temperature, vibration, and humidity - Collaborate with design IPTs
to understand test requirements and ensure compliance with product
specifications - Design and implement test fixtures, test
procedures, and test scripts to support DVT activities - Analyze
test data and provide recommendations for product design
improvements - Develop a comprehensive plan for production latent
manufacturing defect testing, including identification of potential
defects and development of test methods to detect them - Work
closely with cross-functional teams, including design,
manufacturing, and test engineering, to ensure seamless integration

obtain a SECRET Security Clearance. A Interim SECRET Clearance is
required to start. Basic Qualifications - Bachelors or Masters
Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) or
equivalent professional experience - Minimum 3 years of experience
in Integration and Test (I&T), with a focus on environmental
testing and DVT - Strong Experience in technical planning, system
integration, verification and validation, and formal system
development/qualification/certification experience - Experience
with test fixture design, test procedure development, and test
script creation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams -Must
be able to obtain an interim SECRET clearance, therefore you must
be a US citizen. Desired skills - Experience working in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and
deadlines -Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze
complex test data and provide recommendations for product design
improvements - Experience with Laboratory System Integration and
Test - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with
minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail, with ability to
ensure accurate and reliable test results - High-frequency RF
testing experience - Knowledge of industry standards and
regulations, such as MIL-STD-810 and DO-160 - Familiarity with test
automation frameworks and tools, such as LabVIEW or TestStand -
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as
MATLAB or Python - Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or
related field - 5 years of experience in I&T, with a focus on

Ability to work remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with
this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports
a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a
government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for
consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this
position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most
major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$89,300 - $157,550. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
