Purpose of Job
We are currently seeking a talented Infrastructure Engineer with
Log Management administration experience - Mid Level for our San
Antonio, Plano or 100% remote work environment.
Responsible for creating, modifying, maintaining and supporting
infrastructure and individual system components that enable
business functions and IT Services. Balance availability, security,
efficiency and functional requirements to help provide an optimized

* Identifies and manages existing and emerging risks that stem
from business activities and the job role. * Ensures risks
associated with business activities are effectively identified,

Minimum Education/Experience requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in related field of study,
OR Certification from an approved technical field of study, OR 4
additional years of related experience beyond the minimum
* 4+ years of infrastructure experience demonstrating depth of
technical understanding within a specific

* 3+ years of experience administrating Log Aggregation
platforms in a large-scale enterprise environment (Elasticsearch,
Logstash, Kibana, Splunk, etc.) * 3+ years of experience supporting
Linux environments * 3+ years of experience with Shell scripting *
Strong customer service experience and background * Strong
troubleshooting skills * Experience with AWS, GCP or Azure *
Experience with configuration management (Puppet, Ansible, Chef,
