Sr. Manager - Talent Development and Delivery (Technology) The Data
Development and Engagement team is at the forefront of
supercharging the skill-sets of Technology talent who build and
deliver products that change banking for good. In this role, you
will manage the Data Talent Program. You will lead the strategic
agenda and will oversee a team that designs and implements
strategies to develop our Technology talent, invigorate associate
engagement, and enhance organizational talent governance. The ideal
candidate will have proven experience in owning and leading
resource and Technology programs in a well-managed way. You care
deeply about people and Technology, and have a passion for
developing team members and ensuring their success. General
Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the Data organization---s Talent
Team, including coaching, developing, and mentoring direct reports
Manage large Data Talent programs by owning training, associate
engagement, and governance workstreams teams to ideate, deliver,
enhance, and operate solutions Direct teams to support
associates--- growth and engagement and be accountable for the
day-to-day work of direct reports Set team---s strategic agenda;
own backlog, prioritization,and project plans for new talent
products and product features Manage learning and development
projects including SME consultation; liaison with organization
leaders regarding learning requirements; conducting needs analysis;
prioritization of learning tasks; development of learning agendas
Provide strategic leadership to maintain and improve existing
organizational training program progress and achieve associate
goals Spearhead Data---s engagement program, including conducting
needs analysis empathy sessions with associates based on survey
data and other metrics; own organization recognition program
Identify and raise top Talent risks across the Data organization;
make recommendations and consult regularly with Data leadership
team to work towards constant improvement Partner with Line of
Business (LOB) leaders to understand opportunities to strategically
coordinate and improve efficiency for training, engagement, and/or
governance efforts Keeps abreast of trends and innovative training
and engagement techniques in order to be competitive in
state-of-the-art practices; focus on innovation Coordinate
internally to understand Talent best practices, make
recommendations, and apply best practices to the Data organization
Analyze and determine project change impacts to Data organization
Provide routine and on-demand communications to executives and
partners on the performance of Talent program Develop operational
reporting (metrics and scorecards) to ensure tracking to success;
lead organization to meet/exceed training and engagement metrics;
Utilize data and an analytically rigorous approach to inform
decisions Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business,
Management Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or
Mathematics 1 year of experience in Strategy Development 2 years of
experience in Google Suite products (i.e., Sheets, Slides, Docs) 3
years of experience in Program Management 3 years of experience in
Information Technology 5 years of experience in People Management
Skills Required: Good judgment, decision making, problem solving,
technical and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written
communication skills. Good presentation skills Preferred
Qualifications: Masters Degree in Business, Management, Computer
Science, Systems Engineering, Management of IS or IT AWS
Certification 5 years of experience in Strategy Development 5 years
of experience in Program Management 10 Years of experience in
