oral communication skills. You have high proficiency with
computers, especially with the Microsoft Office Suite, Teams,
SharePoint, iMIS, CVENT, and ZOOM. You are a problem solver with
good decision-making and analytical skills who can quickly adapt to
changing priorities. Working within deadlines is common for you as
you manage multiple projects. You possess excellent interpersonal
and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to work
professionally and productively. You are ready for a healthy

"the office" at the office each day.What will you do?
- From the review of a CME activity application to implementation
and evaluation, coordinates assigned educational activities to
ensure that all ACCME accreditation guidelines and standards are
met.
- Reviews CME joint provider documents for completeness; assists
with handling the timely and accurate input and maintenance of
accreditation documentation and program files, including financial
disclosure forms, speaker information, records of attendance;
prepares and assembles activity materials such as attendee lists,
badges, and other materials for the program; ensure the processing
of all registration fees and refunds, and conducts necessary
post-activity follow-up.
- Serve as a point of contact to the ACCME on behalf of FSMB and
provides regular updates to the ACCME PARS system.
- Provides support for webinars, virtual and on-site CME events
and programs; assists with set-up, registration, documentation of
attendance, and other logistics; assists with gathering educational
content from faculty; serves as a resource to faculty, coworkers,
and learners
- Acts as a liaison between FSMB and the state medical board
community to ensure compliance with CME requirements
- Assists and coordinates with the delivery of other FSMB
activities and events.
- Utilizes current software packages including, but not limited
to Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and iMIS to efficiently gather
information and track data for reporting.
- Works closely with Director of Education Services and assists
with other ad-hoc projects, as assigned.What can you bring to the
role?
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience performing duties and
responsibilities as a CME Coordinator or similar position
- Working knowledge of ACCME and AMA accreditation
requirements
- Experience working with an accredited CME program
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to strict
deadlines
- Exemplary customer service approach in communicating with
internal and external stakeholders
- Skilled problem-solver, with the ability to quickly adapt to
changing priorities
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; rigorous
attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong editing
and proofreading skills
- Knowledge of and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite,
Teams, SharePoint, iMIS, CVENT, and Zoom software
- Experience with virtual and/or hybrid events is a plus.
- Occasional travel is required to FSMB Annual Meeting and other
