overseeing the implementation, supervision, and administration of
all patient care programs. This position ensures the achievement of

well-being of both staff and patients, and ensures compliance with

- Team Leadership:
- Oversee the coordination and quality of care provided during
the hospice benefit period.
- Inspire, mentor, and engage your team to deliver exceptional
patient care and achieve professional growth.
- Patient Care Oversight:
- Ensure the safe, cost-effective delivery of professional and
supportive services to clients.
- Maintain compliance with corporate and industry standards.
- Clinical Excellence:
- Oversee clinical practices to ensure high-quality
outcomes.
- Promote staff engagement and well-being while fostering a
culture of safety.
- Administrative Duties:
- Supervise daily operations to meet organizational
objectives.
- Collaborate with the Regional Branch Director to ensure

- Associate degree in science or Bachelor's degree from a School
of Nursing (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse in Home
Health or Hospice, with leadership experience (preferred).
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable
transportation.
