be considered. Provide specialized nursing care in the Neonatal
Intensive Care Unit (NICU), supporting critically ill newborns and
their families through acute care and monitoring. This contract

comprehensive nursing care to neonates in the NICU, including
monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing
clinical assessments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to
develop and implement individualized care plans. Provide education
and emotional support to families navigating neonatal health
challenges. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records,
adhering to clinical protocols and safety standards. Respond
promptly to emergencies and changes in patient conditions.
Qualifications/Desired Experience: Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license with experience in NICU nursing. Strong understanding of
neonatal physiology, pathophysiology, and interventions. Ability to
work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
Excellent communication skills and compassionate patient care
approach. Ability to collaborate effectively within a
multidisciplinary healthcare team. Schedule/Hours: 7 PM to 7 AM
shifts, allowing focused overnight patient care. This contract
