Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Dallas, TX Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,650 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse – Texas Start Date: January 13, 2026 Location: Dallas, Texas Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Day and night shifts available; 12-hour shifts with 4:1 patient ratio Highlights: 16-bed Progressive Care Unit in a collaborative team environment Consistent 4:1 nurse-to-patient ratio with dedicated charge nurse and PCT support Meditech EMR system with modern collaborative equipment No on-call requirement; floating only to similar acuity units (PCU/Telemetry) Day shift: 1 charge nurse, 4 RNs, 2 PCTs per shift Night shift: 1 charge nurse, 4 RNs, 2 PCTs per shift Requirements: Active Texas RN license or eligibility for compact state licensure Progressive Care Unit experience required Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong collaborative and team-oriented approach to patient care Why It's a Great Opportunity: Join an experienced, collaborative team of 42 nursing professionals dedicated to providing exceptional progressive care.
