We are seeking a passionate and results-driven individual to lead
our Recovery Team responsible for recovering patients who have not
moved forward with treatment, ensuring those who have canceled or
no-showed their appointments are re-scheduled, and helping patients
understand the importance of continuing or starting their
treatment. Our Recovery Team also oversees the tracking and
reporting of results to ensure the team's success and alignment
with the company's goals. You will gain valuable experience leading
a team through complex conversations and identifying solutions that
help patients access the life?saving care they need. The ideal
candidate would possess leadership experience, organizational
skills, and have an affinity for providing excellent customer
service. We value a candidate with knowledge in the sleep medicine
field and an understanding of PAP therapy; however this is not a
requirement. It is essential that the individual selected aligns
with our mission and values. We are happy to train individuals who
are dedicated to serving our patients! Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee patient recovery strategies for
patients who have not moved forward with recommended treatment or
canceled next visits. Establish standardized contact protocols
(calls, texts, emails) Identify barriers to care (insurance, cost,
scheduling, education, motivation, etc.) and implement solutions to
overcome them. Lead, coach, and support recovery team members,
including recovery coordinators and PAP/OA compliance staff. Set
clear expectations, performance metrics, and accountability
structures for recovery team. Design and refine recovery workflows
to improve efficiency, scalability, and patient experience. About
