Must-Have: - 3 years of experience in a step-down unit - Experience
with HFNC, BIPAP - Stable medication management experience -
Experience with post-operative patients for CABG, AVR, MVR -
Cardiovascular and vascular experience - Experience with AAA
repair, lobectomy, CEA - Knowledge of NSTEMI, STEMI, ACS -
Experience with pacemakers, sepsis, gastrointestinal bleeding -
Experience with post-DKA management, respiratory failure,
tracheostomy care Description: A 30-bed step-down unit is looking
for an experienced RN. The role requires a solid understanding of
various cardiovascular conditions and treatments. Candidates should
have the ability to manage high-flow nasal cannula and BiPAP
therapy. The RN will support stable medication management for
patients. Experience with postoperative care within the first day
of CABG, AVR, and MVR is essential. Candidates should also possess
cardiovascular and vascular experience, including AAA repairs and
lobectomies. Knowledge of NSTEMI, STEMI, and acute coronary
syndrome management is crucial. Experience with pacemakers, sepsis,
and gastrointestinal bleeding cases is also required. The role
involves caring for patients post-DKA, with respiratory failure,
