Job Description 10,000 Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Assistance
available for eligible candidates that have a mimumum of 2 years of
RN experience. External candidates must have a minimum of two (2)
years of RN experience to qualify for the Sign-On Bonus. Relocation
assistance is available for candidates moving 50 miles from their

and Delivery - M-F 7a-3:30pm - Must have L&D experience with
all of the same L&D RN credentials (NRP, fetal monitoring). -
No less than 5 years of experience in L&D and OR circulating
for this position. - Strong understanding of regulatory
requirements and AORN standards in the OR. We also provide
relocation assistance for eligible candidates moving to accept a
role with Baylor. Our Labor and Delivery unit is a fast-paced

OB patients >20 weeks gestation Patient Ratios: 1:2 (L 1:2-3 (OB
Triage- contingent on OB patient acuity, phase of care and census)

Specialist RN is to follow nursing guidelines for coordinated
health care. Assess patients, identify health problems, develop
personalized care plans, and monitor responses. Understand patient
needs and the healthcare setting to guide them safely. Prevent
complications and delays for patients. Essential Functions of the
Role - Prioritize needs of patients and families to develop,
implement, and evaluate care plans. - Evaluate nursing practices
systematically. Participate in initiatives to improve quality and
performance. - You'll have an integral role in protecting the
rights of patients and their families and representing their
concerns. - You educate patients, families, and healthcare staff
about health practices and treatments to promote understanding in
the community. - You'll operate in a collaborative spirit, teaming
up with colleagues and the community to provide comprehensive care.

of an Accredited Program or 5 years of work experience above the
minimum qualification - A minimum of (5) five years of professional
experience in a related field - Must be a registered nurse - Must
have Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) or ability to obtain
