We are currently seeking a skilled Physical Therapist who specializes in acute care to join our team. This role involves assessing patient conditions, developing treatment plans, and implementing physical therapy interventions to aid in the recovery and rehabilitation of patients in acute settings. Our ideal candidate will be compassionate and driven to deliver high-quality care in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment. Evaluate patient conditions and establish treatment goals based on medical diagnoses. Plan and execute physical therapy interventions tailored to each patient’s needs in the acute care setting. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and families about treatment plans and ongoing management strategies. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to professional standards. Advanced knowledge of physical therapy modalities and interventions. Strong analytical skills to assess patient conditions and interpret medical reports. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and medical staff. Ability to manage multiple patient caseloads efficiently.
