Job Description Customer Service Specialist The CSS an entry level position that operates in a support role to both Sales and Operations. You will work closely with management to provide excellent customer service to our partners. Your primary focus will be managing information systems and coordinating with sales & operations to provide up to date and accurate information to our partners. In this role you will: Manage information flow into existing systems Communicate with our carrier partners to track & trace shipments and ensure the accurate flow of information Identify potential service issues and work with the necessary departments to resolve Communicate with customers to provide current updates on shipment status or outstanding matters Perform other duties as assigned What we are looking for : High School Diploma (college preferred) 1 year customer service in an office setting Good computer skills / ability to learn new software Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Good organization skills Knows how to prioritize and is not easily overwhelmed Team player and a willing communicator Company Description With a growing portfolio of partners, STI Global, Inc is a third party logistics provider on the rise We are looking to add to our team of fun & dedicated individuals who want to build something awesome
