The Role: Control Room Supervisor This is a role for a dynamic, quick thinking, team-oriented person looking to advance to a leadership position in the PS DFW Operation. Stationed in the Control Room, the Control Room Supervisor will be assisting with operational challenges by aiding in real-time feedback for Control Room and all operational associates. The Control Room Supervisor will become proficient in the PS operation, working across all departments as they are an extension of management. Responsibilities & Expectations Supervise the Control Room (Associates and Admins) to ensure proper support for operations Enforce standards of service and operational SOPs Partner with MODs to create and close EAST reports Responsible for training new Control Room associates Partner with MODs to resolve employee relations issues Requirements Operates with precision as a Control Room Associate, and/or previous Supervisory experience required Able to take direction well and apply feedback Strong written and verbal aptitude to guide operational staff in a positive and effective manner Currently holding a Customs, RAD, and Escort icon on SIDA badge PS is a 24-hour facility and as such we require fully open schedule availability and flexibility for all positions within our operations departments, including weekends, holidays, and early morning/late evening shifts Full Time Employee Benefits Employee benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability 401K retirement plan with company matching Health and Dependent care FSA and HSA with company matching Merit-based raises and bonuses 12 PTO Days / 6 Paid Sick Days Prorated Annually Monthly Health & Wellness and phone reimbursement Paid training A great career path with promotion opportunities.
