Job Description Pay: 20-22 Per Hour The ideal candidate is someone who has chosen Staffing as their career, not an HR Generalist career path. OVERVIEW: The HR Coordinator is responsible for completing administrative duties for the human resources department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for conducting New Hire Orientation and Benefits overview Processes New Hire Onboarding paperwork Assists with employee record keeping, maintaining archives and data entry Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files Submits criminal history, MVRs and drug screen requests Responsible for system maintenance of Service Titan, Home Depot, Pulse, etc Responsible for issuing departing employee Certification of Hours Assists with preparation of HR initiatives Acts as back up to the receptionist Assists with recruitment and interview process and tracks status of candidates Maintains companywide job descriptions Assists with creating, loading video files and banners Assists with designing the Company Newsletter Assists with Workers Comp First Report of Injury reporting and OSHA reporting logs Assists with planning and preparation of special events Publishes monthly birthdays and anniversaries Makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions. Maintains the Recruiting Log Files documents into appropriate employee files. Assists or prepares correspondence as requested. (dependent audit, enrollments, etc.) Assists with the completion of Verification of Employment Reconciles benefits statements Other duties as assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING: Minimum High School Graduate/GED equivalent.
