include the following. Other duties may be assigned. ---
Coordinates the new permanent data set up, employee changes,
timekeeping system and bi-weekly payroll. Inputs all new permanent
data into all HR-related systems as required. --- Ensures
appropriate and accurate review and data entry in to the HRIS of
any employee change such as promotions, demotions, terminations,
allocation changes, direct deposits. --- Troubleshoots issues and
questions for the timekeeping system. --- Maintains and prepares
timecard data at the beginning of each payroll processing cycle and
ensures that hours are accurate for employees to avoid over/under
payments and other errors. --- Responsible for processing biweekly
multi-state payroll in a timely manner and ensures the accuracy of
payroll data. --- Audits data inputs for accuracy, makes necessary
corrections, and ensures all audit controls are met. ---
Accountable for the accuracy of all system generated direct
deposits and checks, including computation and calculation of
special checks for overtime, bonus pay, leave pay, garnishments,
termination pay and other required earnings and deductions. ---
Reconciles payroll funding amounts and prepares Payroll Wire
Transfer Request and Check Pay each pay period to the bank. ---
Responds and completes verifications of employment. --- Responsible
for employee file maintenance, including scanning, proper file
placement, audits, shredding. --- Handles all I-9 tracking,
management and compliance. --- Promotes an organizational culture
that fosters passion for the mission, cooperation, open and
frequent communication, teamwork, and is in alignment with the
organizational vision. Attends all required meetings and trainings.
--- Requires regular attendance and punctuality during the
scheduled shift to perform the above essential functions. ---
Performs other duties and special assignments as directed.
