Manager, Technology - Recruiting Lead The Financial Services Data
Talent team is at the forefront of attracting and sourcing great
Technology talent who build and deliver products that change
banking for good. In this role, you will manage the Data
Recruitment Program. You will lead the strategic agenda and will
oversee a team that designs and implements strategies to attract
top Technology talent for the Data organization. You will also
create strong internal partner relationships to source candidates,
enhance recruitment processes, and meet our recruiting goals. The
ideal candidate will have proven experience in owning and leading
resource and Technology programs in a well-managed way. You care
deeply about people and technology, and have a passion for
developing team members and ensuring their success. General
Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the Data organization---s
Recruitment Team, including coaching, developing, and mentoring
direct reports Provide individual career development coaching to
team, including relay of feedback, support for continuing education
training, as well as manifestation of desired competencies,
behavior, and values Manage large Data Talent programs by leading
horizontal recruiting workstream teams to ideate, deliver, enhance,
and operate solutions Partner with the Data leadership team to
develop recruitment strategic agenda and process that will enable
the business strategy; own backlog, prioritization,and project
plans for internal and external recruitment strategies Research,
recommend, and execute on effective sourcing strategies (e.g. job
fairs, online sourcing, employee referral) Maintain employment
sourcing contacts such as industry, association membership, trade
groups and employees Establish and maintain existing trust-based
relationships with organizations, internal and external, to build
Data organization awareness and source potential associates Partner
with Data organization leaders to understand business requirements
for demand management and profiling of candidates Coordinate with
Procurement and external vendors in sourcing out 3rd party
providers to support recruiting process and sourcing Influence
end-to-end interview experience for all prospective Data associates
with our Enterprise organization Partner internally with recruiting
organizations to influence sourcing of Data organization---s target
profile (e.g., college recruiting); manage stakeholder
relationships and influence across partner groups Serve as the Data
organization---s leader for Diversity and Inclusion recruiting,
partnering with the Financial Services Technology organization to
achieve goals Network with Line of Business (LOB) leaders to
understand opportunities to strategically coordinate and improve
efficiency for training, engagement, and/or governance efforts Keep
abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to
be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practice; focus on
innovation Identify and raise top Talent risks across the Data
organization; make recommendations and consult regularly with Data
leadership team to work towards constant improvement Develop
operational reporting (metrics and scorecards) to ensure tracking
to success; lead organization to meet/exceed recruitment goals
(volume, quality, cost); Utilize data and an analytically rigorous
approach to inform decisions Analyze and determine project change
impacts to Data organization Provide routine and on-demand
communications to executives and partners on the performance of
Talent program Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in
Business, Management, Computer Science, Information Systems,
Engineering or Mathematics 1 year of experience in Strategy
Development 2 years of experience in Google Suite products (i.e.,
Sheets, Slides, Docs) 3 years of experience in Program Management 3
years of experience in Information Technology 5 years of experience
in People Management Skills Required: Good judgment, decision
making, problem solving, technical and analytical skills. Excellent
oral and written communication skills. Good presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications: Masters Degree in Business, Management,
Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Management of IS or IT AWS
Certification 5 years of experience in Strategy Development 5 years
of experience in Program Management 10 Years of experience in
