Senior Software Engineer (On-site)We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Software Engineer (On-site) with 6+ years of experience. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using a variety of technologies. The candidate will focus on AWS, SQL, Spring Boot, Java, Spring MVC, JavaScript, and MySQL.Location: Richardson - TX USA, On-siteCognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorshipResponsibilities:

• Develop high-quality software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC to meet business requirements and improve system efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable applications leveraging AWS cloud services.
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity using SQL and MySQL, contributing to reliable data management.
• Implement front-end functionality using JavaScript to enhance user experience and interface responsiveness.
• Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure reliability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain quality and adhere to best practices.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software applications.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to improve development processes.
• Document software designs, specifications, and processes for team collaboration.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, especially in the Payer domain, to maintain data security and privacy.
• Contribute to project planning and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance skills and domain knowledge.Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, JavaScript, Spring MVC, SQL, AWS
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
