Job Description:
Vice President, Software Engineering with Goldman Sachs Bank USA
in Richardson, Texas. Develop, enhance, support, and maintain the
Firm’s software solutions in support of its global businesses.
Design and implement high quality, scalable, and thoughtful
technology solutions leveraging both internal and open-source
services. Requires: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent)
in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology,
or a related field and five (5) years of experience in job offered
or a related role. Prior experience must include five (5) years of
experience with: Full software development lifecycle, including
requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, documentation,
deployment, and production support using tools like Gitlab, Github,
Bamboo, or Jenkins; deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting
various operating systems including both Windows and Linux
distributions; scripting language such as powershell, bash, or
python; deploying and using various DevOps tools including Ansible,
Chef, Puppet, or Terraform; Virtualization (on premise, cloud) or
containerization (docker, containerd, Kubernetes) design and
support; and database query languages, including SQL or NoSQL
