Job Description:
Dallas | Hybrid AmLaw 50 firm seeking a Digital Health &
Regulatory Associate Attorney to join its nationally recognized
Health Care Practice Group, supporting the Telemedicine & Digital
Health Industry Team in Dallas. This opportunity is ideal for an
attorney with 4–6 years of health care regulatory and transactional
experience (up to 8 years considered), with deep knowledge of
federal and state health care regulatory frameworks as applied to
complex health care transactions. Experience advising telemedicine
or digital health companies is strongly preferred. The Role •
Advise health care clients on federal and state regulatory
compliance matters • Support telemedicine and digital health
companies in transactional and operational matters • Draft and
negotiate agreements in connection with health care innovation and
digital health initiatives • Manage complex regulatory and
transactional matters from start to finish • Collaborate with
senior partners and clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 50
companies • Mentor junior associates within a high-performing
health care platform Ideal Background • Juris Doctor (JD) from an
ABA-accredited law school • 4–6 years of health care regulatory and
transactional experience (up to 8 years considered) • Strong
knowledge of federal and state health care regulatory frameworks •
Experience with telemedicine, digital health, or health innovation
matters preferred • Sophisticated drafting skills and strong
attention to detail • Excellent writing and communication skills •
Strong academic credentials • Admitted in Texas or eligible for
