Job Description Job Description We are seeking several CDL Class A auto hauler Company Drivers to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating your truck with a capacity of up to 80,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW). *Must Have 2 Years Car Hauling Experience To Be Considered* HIRING IN THE DFW AREA $2500 SIGN ON BONUS! Sign-On Bonus Details: Earn a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus when you join our team on top of our existing generous pay programs. Half paid at 6 months ($1,250) Half paid at 12 months ($1,250) Not eligible for returning employees — this bonus is for new hires only. Must be hired by 9/30/2025 to qualify — offer expires after this date. For this posting, the primary loading location for company drivers is Alliance, TX, and Mesquite, TX. The hauling range is 300 miles and will have you home most nights. Car Hauler / Auto Transport Physical Requirements: Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds, including automotive parts and equipment, to facilitate loading and unloading procedures. Driving Skills: Proficient driving skills, including the ability to operate commercial vehicles such as car carriers and trailers safely and effectively for extended periods. Manual Dexterity: Capable of manipulating vehicle tie-downs, securing mechanisms, and operating hydraulic systems as needed for loading, unloading, and securing vehicles. Endurance: Stamina to withstand long hours of driving and working in various weather conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, rain, and snow, while maintaining alertness and focus. Visual Acuity: Good vision, including depth perception and peripheral vision, to navigate roads safely and inspect vehicles for damage or defects during loading and unloading procedures. Physical Agility: Agility and flexibility to maneuver in tight spaces within cargo areas, climb ladders for vehicle inspection purposes, and perform tasks associated with vehicle maintenance and cleanliness. Walking: Significant walking is required, including movement around loading docks, storage areas, and vehicle inspection zones to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with safety protocols. We pay by percentage of load for experienced 9 car company drivers (ranging from 25%-28%, plus additional bonuses between 1%-3% based on safety, damages, etc.), we offer benefits, paid vacation, and achievable bonuses. We also offer referral bonuses, and we have an experienced dispatch team.
