Job Description Job Description 2nd Shift Production Worker
-Production worker, sanitation and assist machine operator in
production process. -Lift up to 50 lbs. -Assemble and/or move
materials around as needed to complete the main function (i.e.,
inspecting, pre-weigh, blending, mixing, packing, etc.) -Assist
operator of equipment as necessary to accomplish tasks and meet
targets. -Input and track production, safety, and quality data in
Production Reporting System -Detailed cleaning and sanitation of
plant equipment. -Load and unload product from the production line.
-Ensuring daily adherence to the Good Manufacturing Practices
(GMP), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Standard Operating
Procedures (SOP), Hazard -Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP)
and Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) Regulations
-Inspection of packaged finished goods and ingredients. -Ensure the
integrity and sustained certification of the food safety and food
quality system. -Responsible for reporting and taking any necessary
action to prevent food safety and food quality issues from
occurring. -Evaluating hazards, verification of measures and
procedures that should be taken to achieve a safe work environment
-Works in a safe manner and promptly reports hazards identified in
the work environment. -Work involves the use of equipment controls,
flour system, and blender recipe system. -All other duties

Skills & Qualifications -Ability to read and interpret documents
such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and
procedure manuals. -Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract,
multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers,
common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute whole numbers,
common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and
percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. -Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carryout instructions
furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with
problems involving several concrete variables in standardized
situations. -Ability to work in a fast paced environment -Strong
communication and interpersonal skills and ability to effectively
train others -Must be able to read work documents in English.

work history -Strong team mentality Job Type & Location This is a
Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility
requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to
