Be mentally and physically fit. Be at least 16 years of age.
Prior competitive swimming experience is desired but not required.
Have a genuine interest in teaching swimming and all water
activities. Have regular and consistent attendance. Report to work
promptly. Be dependable, courteous, and neat. Have good
communication, public relations and interpersonal skills. Must be a
certified American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor (WSI). Must
pass a pre-employment drug test and physical exam. Must pass a
background check. Position requires flexible availability including
mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The foregoing statements
