2 days work from home, 3 days on site
We are looking for candidates who have experience working in the
health care, or customer service fields

Work from home after training! Work Monday/Friday at home and
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in the office. If you prefer in
office, you have the option to work daily in the office.
Customer Experience Specialist (Call Center)7 openings
Pay Rate: $17/hr.
Location: Euless, TX
Training: 8 weeks on site - paid training
Hybrid schedule after training - Monday & Friday at home and
Tuesday - Thursday in the office (option to work all days in office
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID
Hours: 8a-5pm (Monday Friday) GREAT HOURS for that work/life
Essential Job Functions:
Customer service (40-60 phone calls)
TOPS 5 calls are: Password reset, profile stats, application, sub
application, profile status
Email/ written correspondence
Toggling in multiple screens and multitasking
Speaking to Doctor's on the phone
High School Diploma or equivalent. College preferred.
3-4 years customer service experience, preferably in a health care
or professional association setting, but open to any customer
service in retail, hospitality or call center.
Savvy with Microsoft Office Suite as well as computer skills
Typing/data entry skills of 45-50 wpm, with a high level of
Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
Must have covid vaccines to be eligible for placement at this
