responsible for general clinic office functions that support
efficient and effective patient care including patient
registration, insurance verification, collection of applicable
co-insurance and/or co-payments and scheduling of diagnostic and
follow-up appointments and answering phones.Schedule:8:30am-5:30pm
or could change depending on business needs to 8am-5pm. Monday
through Friday, no weekends, or holidays.Location:801 West
Interstate 20, Ste 1 Arlington, TX 76017Primary
Responsibilities:Greets patients as they arrive and manages wait
timeComplete check-in and check-out tasks to include insurance
verification, complete pre-authorizations and/or precertification
of procedures, and copy required documentsCollects co-payments,
co-insurance, and deductibles and issues receiptsManages cashier
box and daily deposits according to company policiesProcesses
walk-in patients and visitorsAnswers phones and schedules
appointmentsAnswer telephone calls, re-direct calls as appropriate,
assist callers with questions or concerns, and take messages as
neededManages medical records (maintains, files/scans, prepares for
schedule)Ensures all correspondence is scanned and/or filed,
processes requests for medical records release and maintains
appropriate logs, etc.Establish and maintain effective working
relationships with patients, employees, and the publicTravel to
other clinics will be apart of the position to support provider at
other clinicsPerforms all other related duties as assignedWhat are

in.Required Qualifications:High school diploma/GED (or higher)1+
year of experience in medical office or customer service-related
fieldIntermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft
ApplicationsFull COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function
