You will be responsible for , completing work orders, make ready apartments and other required tasks. Must be HVAC Certified and have a valid Driver's License. Responsibilities: --- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion --- Estimate time and extent of repairs --- Perform routine preventive maintenance --- Maintain material and supply inventory --- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Qualifications: --- Previous experience in apartment maintenance required --- Must be HVAC certified --- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment --- Ability to handle physical workload --- Deadline and detail-oriented --- Must have reliable transportation Benefits: Associates who are regularly scheduled for and work 30 hours or more per week are eligible for company-sponsored benefits the 1st day of the month, following completion of 30 continuous days of employment.
