PURPOSE OF POSITION: Briefly summarize the key responsibilities of
the position and why this position exists.
To manage responsible department budget, Associate is responsible
for understanding financial operation and process. Also responsible
for analyzing and reviewing responsible departments financial
status through Micro and Macro level to assess monetary
efficiency.
This position will work with internal parties for monthly and
annual forecasting and closing.
Duties & Responsibilities
--- Manage budget for responsible department
--- Responsible for month and year forecasting and closing
--- Monitor financial trends and expenditures
--- Maintain a Forecasting accuracy through analyzing variance
--- Analyzing expense by time frame for department
--- Manage Department budget and review project with ROI/cost
comparison
--- Review and update workflow based on updated company policy on
system
--- Prepare ad-hoc report assigned by leadership and HQ
--- Manage/update investment module for Mobile Division investment
plan
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: List the special
skills, technical knowledge, certification, experience or education
a person would need to assume this position.
--- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related
--- 4+ years job related experience
--- Must have finance or accounting or business planning experience
utilizing ERP system Experience in SAP a plus
--- Strong understanding of financial statement and analytical
skills
--- Bilingual in Korean required (read, write, speak)
--- Must have Microsoft Office Suite of PC software applications
experience with moderate Excel spreadsheet preparation skills
--- The ability to prioritize multiple and simultaneous projects,
issues and activities.
--- Manage tasks, time and allocate resources effectively
--- Ability to communicate in writing, and orally, financial data
to others.

Summary:
The main functions of a financial analyst are to gather and analyze
financial information; will typically conduct quantitative analyses
of information affecting investment programs of public or private
institutions. A typical financial analyst is responsible for
analyzing and communicating financial information for clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Assemble spreadsheets and draw charts and graphs used to illustrate
technical reports.
Analyze financial information to produce forecast of business,
industry and economic conditions for use in making investment
decisions.
Interpret data affecting investment programs, such as price, yield,
stability and future trends in investment risks.
Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and
critical thinking.
Basic ability to work independently and manage ones time.
Basic ability to analyze business trends and project future
revenues and expenses.
Basic knowledge of economic and accounting principles, the
financial markets, and reporting of financial data.
Basic knowledge of federal, state, and company policies, procedures
and regulations as related to accounting.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft
Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and any other related financial
software.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline
required. An advanced degree in a financial discipline is
preferred.
2-4 years financial and/or accounting experience required.
