Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service in the completion of automotive
maintenance and repair Essential Job Duties Perform every task with
safety as the number one priorityCommunicate effectively with
teammates and customersUse computers, tablets, scan tools, tech
support, etc.Diagnose automotive system issues and produce vehicle
inspection information for teammates and customersParticipate in
new technical training programs and have a desire to grow with our
teamPerform suspension alignments, tire services, fluid services,
maintenance services, and mechanical repairs and identify vehicle
maintenance recommendations Skills/Requirements Passion for the
automotive business and are great at it with minimum 2 years'
experiencePossess relevant ASE certifications or equivalentSolution
oriented with a positive attitudeExcellent attention to
detailDesire to learnEnjoy working as a team and have the ability
to multi-taskAbility to work around vehicles, tools, and delicate
equipmentPhysically able to move around the shop (climbing stairs,
ladders, etc), carry heavy objects (up to 50lbs), and position your
body in ways needed to repair vehicles (reach, bend, etc)Effective
communication skillsValid driver's license and good driving record
