Responsibilities:
--- Primary duties include persistent phone handling, follow-ups, e-mail communication and overall management of sales pipeline
--- Provide excellent customer service to sellers and buyers
--- Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM
--- Hold open houses weekly
--- Cold call daily using our automated dialer
--- Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers.

Qualifications:
--- Current Real Estate License or obtaining one in the near future
--- Ability to learn the real estate market and be knowledgeable
--- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
--- Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
--- Ability to build lasting connections and rapport quickly
--- Confident
--- Coachable
--- Team player
