Job Description Hiring 7 Customer Support Reps for a Medical
Credentialing Company right in the heart of DFW, in the Mid Cities
(Euless, Texas) Hybrid role with central location and an awesome
company Start your career 2 days work from home, 3 days on site We
are looking for candidates who have experience working in the
health care, or customer service fields Candidate is asked to have

Monday/Friday at home and Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in the
office. If you prefer in office, you have the option to work daily
in the office. Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist (Call
Center)7 openings Pay Rate: $17/hr. Location: Euless, TX Training:
8 weeks on site - paid training Hybrid schedule after training -
Monday & Friday at home and Tuesday - Thursday in the office
(option to work all days in office if requested) Must be fully
vaccinated for COVID Hours : 8a-5pm (Monday Friday) GREAT HOURS for
that work/life balance Essential Job Functions: Customer service
(40-60 phone calls) TOPS 5 calls are: Password reset, profile
stats, application, sub application, profile status Email/ written
correspondence Toggling in multiple screens and multitasking
Speaking to Doctor's on the phone Education: High School Diploma or
equivalent. College preferred. Experience/ Requirements: 3-4 years
customer service experience, preferably in a health care or
professional association setting, but open to any customer service
in retail, hospitality or call center. Savvy with Microsoft Office
Suite as well as computer skills Typing/data entry skills of 45-50
wpm, with a high level of accuracy. Strong communication skills,
both written and verbally Must have covid vaccines to be eligible
