Job Description:

Progressively growing publishing company, with consistent growth in sales and headcount year over year for the past four years, just keeps on growing.

With the recent addition of a Customer Service Manager, this company has decided to take on an exciting new approach to driving revenue and sales and is seeking the right people to assist in the success of this initiative.

Take inbound calls from interested customers, respond to web inquiries, reach out to existing clients and introduce, explain, and present newly developed product lines to expand revenue streams.

High volume calls and emails.

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

3+ years of high volume, high dollar inside sales experience

Exceptional up selling skills

Strong track record for client retention and account penetration

Polished presentation skills and the ability to explain complex products clearly

Bachelors Degree from an accredited University
