RESPONSIBLITIES & DUTIES

--- Inspect and document homes for storm restoration
--- Measure home exteriors and assess damages for restoration
--- Create lead generation for new prospects via business-to-business
--- Go door-to-door talking to neighbors
--- Help customers navigate through the sales process
--- Run company leads

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000 - $250,000 per year
Benefits:

--- Flexible schedule

Schedule:

--- 8-hour shift
--- Monday to Friday
--- Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:

--- Bonus opportunities
--- Commission pay

Experience:

--- Outside sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

--- Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business
--- Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel
--- Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients
--- Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice
--- Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly

Qualifications:

--- Proven track record in sales
--- You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
--- High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
--- 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience
--- You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team's goals
