Work Environment: In office minimum 3 days per week (Tues, Wed,
Thurs) SUMMARY Armor is not your average sales organization. We
move fast, think creatively, and collaborate closely to help
customers discover the power of our security solutions. We’re
looking for an ambitious, outgoing, and growth-minded Business
Development Representative (BDR) who wants to build a real career,
not just pick up another job. In this role, you’ll be the first
voice of Armor for our prospective customers. You’ll spark interest
and qualify opportunities that fuel our sales pipeline. To aid in
your success, you will receive ongoing coaching, product training,
and visibility with senior sales leaders. High performers will have
opportunities to advance into roles such as Account Executive,
Customer Success, or Sales Engineering. If you love talking to
people, get energy from challenges, and want to break into
cybersecurity, this is your chance. WHAT YOU’LL DO Generate
interest and create new opportunities by engaging potential
customers through phone calls, email outreach, social channels,
events, and partner networks. Have meaningful conversations with
prospects to understand their challenges and determine whether
Armor’s solutions may be a fit. Build early-stage pipeline momentum
by maintaining consistent outreach and following up with engaged
prospects. Confidently communicate the value of Armor’s offerings
including Secure Hosting, MDR, SOC Services, and Professional
Services in a clear and approachable way. Collaborate with Account
Executives and Marketing to refine messaging, share insights, and
ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads. Keep CRM records
accurate and updated so the broader sales team has full visibility
into activity and funnel progress. Stay curious about new security
technologies, threats, and trends so you can speak naturally and
credibly with prospects. WHAT YOU BRING 1–3 years of experience in
sales, business development, or outbound lead generation in cloud
solutions or cybersecurity is helpful but not required. If you’re
driven, coachable, and excited to build a career in cybersecurity,
we want to hear your story. Strong communication skills and a
natural ability to connect with people. Curiosity and the
willingness to learn complex concepts quickly. Comfort working in a
fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Good organizational habits
and the ability to manage multiple activities at once. Familiarity
with CRMs and sales engagement tools (or the eagerness to learn).
If you don’t have industry experience but believe you're the right
person for this opportunity, tell us why - we’re listening. HOW
SUCCESS IS MEASURED Achieving monthly targets for qualified Sales
Qualified Leads (SQLs) Maintaining consistent outbound activity
across multiple channels Contributing to a strong, predictable
early-stage pipeline Demonstrating growth in product knowledge,
prospecting skills, and sales confidence WHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING
HERE Real career advancement opportunities in a fast-growing
cybersecurity company A collaborative, energetic team culture with
leaders who invest in your development Exposure to cutting-edge
technology and 24/7 SOC operations Competitive compensation,
benefits, and performance incentives A place where your ideas

if you want to be part of a company that is redefining
cybersecurity. Here, you will have the opportunity to shape the
