Laboratory Scientist II – Night Shift | McKinney, TX A respected
healthcare system in McKinney, Texas, is actively seeking a Medical
Laboratory Scientist II to join its Core Lab team on a third shift,
7-on/7-off schedule. This is an exciting opportunity for

hires Schedule: 7-on/7-off | Thursday – Wednesday | 9:00 PM – 7:30
AM Key Responsibilities Perform and monitor a broad range of lab
tests and clinical analyses in compliance with all regulatory and
internal standards Accurately report test results and support care
teams with real-time, actionable data Maintain and troubleshoot
instruments through regular calibration and preventative
maintenance Uphold lab safety, infection control, and quality
assurance policies Collaborate with cross-functional clinical teams
and maintain effective lab communications Contribute to lab
projects and team development initiatives Assist in the training of
new staff and act as a resource for technical methods and
troubleshooting Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree
in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field; or 4 years of
qualifying experience beyond the minimum Experience: Less than 1
year of experience required; 1 year in a clinical generalist role
in a fast-paced lab preferred Certification: Must hold a valid
certification from one or more of the following agencies: ASCP
(American Society for Clinical Pathology) AMT (American Medical
Technologists) ABHI (American Board of Histocompatibility) AAB
(American Association of Bioanalysts) Grandfathered HEW licensees
and equivalent specialty certifications (e.g., CLS, MT, MLS, SCT,
SCYM, SMB) accepted Compensation & Benefits Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
for eligible new hires Schedule: Third Shift | 7-on/7-off | 9:00 PM
